TTC!! I have been trying for a week to concieve ( i no its early days!)?

I have came off the pill. Every time my partner ejaculates in me and i go to the loo after there is traces of blood when i wipe! (sorry tmi) But this never happened when we used condoms ( i made him withdraw when on the pill) Does anyone no what this could mean?
