Where can i find a specific dress?

im looking for a dress that is crimson red, around the neck strap thats form fitting yet loos at the bottom. the pattern is also folded over vertically down the dress to give it stripes. there is and upside down tear drop right under the neck strap and little teardrops cut out at the bottom of the hem line on the bottom of the dress. all the tear drops are cut out of the dress.
