Is it possible to have 3 plugs?

I was taken into hospital last week and was told i had already had my mucas plug and that i was in slow labour. The next day i had exactly the same and they said it was just what ever was left. Now today i had just been to the loo and there was really snotty discharge. Has anyone else had this?
