What solid things can be passed thru the vagina?

Ok about a year ago I did a pee in the loo, I looked down and this thing was floating about, around half an inch in size, kinda the oval shape of an eyes, pointed bits of pink flesh at either end and a hard solid purple/blue ball type thing, really hard to squeeze! I should have kept it and went to the doc but I didn't, I have looked at pics of feotus's and it wasn't that by the looks of it, it defo wasn't gallstones either. Anyone any idea what it could have been? I have polycystic ovaries.
