My mom gave my green parrot away to my auntie?

She promised that the birdie was mine. Then she literally asked my aunty in front of my face if she wanted it. SHE PROMISED ME! Im so sad and crying because my aunt just now came to pick him up. She wouldn't even hear me out and slapped me when I tried telling her, not screaming, I was crying, that Silver was mine. She lied and I'm so destroyed. What should I do?
