well i need 2 loos waight fast, so i thought i would skip lunch. heres my scheduel at 8 am i go 4 a walk, 9 am i eat brakfast, 9:30 i take shower, 11 am i snak, 1 pm i skip lunch n just draink water, 3:30 pm snak, 6 pm dinner, 7 pm my daily sit-ups ect., 8 pm shower. would this work??
