I got sexually harassed and now its getting out of hand?

Your parents will NOT kill you or be disappointed in you. Yes, it's going to be awkward when they find out. They need to find out before this progresses and your life is even more destroyed. How to tell them without the awkwardness or embarrassment? Perhaps writing it all down, like you did above, fold it up and leave it to where the can find it. Or hand it to them and ask to be dismissed, if you could go to a friends house. Let them know where you will be. Give them time to absorb it. This might make it easier for you to let them know whats going on. You owe it to yourself to get this man out of your life and grubby hands off of you. It's YOUR body, nobody has ANY right to disrespect it. Stay Strong, Stay Confident this is not your fault.
