Desperately need to loose 60-70lbs in like 4-6 weeks!?

Walk every day for at least an hour at a brisk pace. Cut out drinks with sugar (juice, soda pop, milkshakes, energy drinks, etc.) Fill up on water between meals. Don't eat less than three hour before bedtime. Undigested food in stomach while sleeping, turns to fat. Follow these tips and you will lose 5 to 8 pounds a week.
