How do i dry a damp ceiling in a short time?

had a leak from loo upstairs, got a big blown bubble of wallpaper on the ceiling underneath, luckily there was no water volume, , is there a quick way to dry out the ceiling before i stick the wallpaper back on ? i do have a radiator underneath where it is wet, thanks
