I worked for a guy and he didnt pay me?

ok so a week ago i worked for a guy with my dad he is like a contracter in roofing or something and my dad asked him for some work so we worked real hard we leave at the end of the day we finaly get a hold of him asking for him to pay us and he said he would come drop the money off and now when he call him he ignores the call or answers for a second and hangs up im pretty sure he has minors working in his crew too. so what can i do because he doesnt answer or he just ignores the call its pretty unfair for us to work our *** off and not get paid.
