hmm..i havent found any FULL coverage DEWY foundation. Maybelline FIT ME, its mousturizing, and gives you a glow. it is medium coverage that is buildable. HMM.. have you tried the Chanel Vitalumiere AQUA ? Ingrid RAVES about this foundation!
