Ignoring the absurdity of you taking all those pills, you should definitely go get it checked out at least. Liver failure/disease would be accompanied by yellow skin and eyes (jaundice) and you would likely have a tenderness or swollen feeling in your upper right abdomen. Regardless, you should go to the doctor and have them perform a liver function test. If there is damage, the function test should reveal some abnormalities. Refrain from taking any more pills unless it is absolutely necessary, and in that case stick to the recommended dosage on the bottle.
