Is my budgie singing with me? Or trying to talk?

When i turn on " Im coming Home" Skylars part, im singing it she starts to tweet softly and seems to be having a good time. When i turn it off she stops tweeting for a little bit. Is she like singing? Or likes the tune? Also is my budgie trying to talk? When i say " Good Birdie" She likes does a couple tweets. Is she singing and trying to talk?? Also if you wouldnt mind how can you get them to talk? Thx!!
