What are the chances of me getting rejected for a job at Mcdonalds?

I'm 15 (16 in oct.) and have never had a job before. On my application I just put all my volunteer experience amd attached my resume which has all my skills, experience,etc. The one i specifically applied to has a banner on the roof that says ''Now hiring all positions.'' I applied for the food management position and listed pretty good flexible hours for myself. Do you think they'll accept me? Is it easy to get a job there usually?
