What looks like a mouth ulcer near the opening to vagina?

I can't really answer your question. Could be an ingrown hair? Sometimes I'll get a lump and have some irritation but it's always an ingrown hair. I am STD free as well. I understand you don't want to go see a DR but the sooner you get it checked out the less worry you will have and you can get it treated ASAP. Good luck.
